Look at live sites the agency has built and test them on your phone, ask for a written quote listing pages, features and timeline, and make sure the domain and hosting are registered in your name. Agree on one contact person, a working language and a weekly video check-in. A good agency also tells you plainly what is not included.
Time zones close to Europe, teams that work in French, Arabic and English, and a growing pool of developers in Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier. For a European or Gulf company launching here, a local team also knows how Moroccans search, pay and expect delivery.
Who will own the domain? Will I be able to edit text, photos and prices myself? What exactly is included, and what is not? What does maintenance cost after launch? Who is my contact, and how fast do they reply? Vague answers, or a simple “we take care of everything”, deserve a second look.
Put scope, timeline and sign-off in writing. Send content early, because late text and photos delay projects more than code does. Ask for a staging link so you can watch progress every week. Tourak Digital Group has put 33 websites online so far, and you can open them from our portfolio page.
A very low price with no written quote. A promise of the top spot on Google within a week. A site hosted on the agency’s account with no access for you. No address, and no phone number that anyone answers. A team that will not get on a video call. Any one of these is reason enough to keep looking. Ask for references, and if you can, call one.
